A blend of high grown 100% Arabica coffees roasted to a Medium/Dark roast. This coffee has a strong and bold taste, yet it keeps a very nice smooth finish. This coffee is a very popular blend of ours. It is perfect for our customers that enjoy a bold coffee but do not like the smokey and hints of bitter dark chocolate that you would find in a true dark roast. This is a great after dinner coffee.
Preparation
Grind your coffee as close to brewing as possible. Match the grind of coffee to your brewing method. We recommend using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for 6 ounces of water. Adjust the amount of water or coffee to achieve your desired strength.
This has become one of my favorites. Its rich and smooth and just so good! My mom, who is not a fan of darker roasts enjoyed it so much, I had to start making a lot more when she visited. Highly recommend!
