Tanzania Peaberry is one of our most popular offerings. This coffee has a smooth and buttery body with a very pleasant and appealing sweet acidity. This coffee has characteristics of lemongrass and plum with a sweet caramel finish. We like to roast this coffee Medium Light to Medium. However, feel free to take this coffee a little past medium and you still will have a very good coffee with a little more prevalence of cocoa.

Has a very charcoal taste to it. Still like it a lot.
A really tasty cup at a medium roast. First roast I took it to a City+. This roast level works real well and delivers very pleasing cup. Second roast was taken to a Full City + which ended up being decent, but I found some bitterness starting to show up. Overall a delicious cup at medium roast levels.
