Tanzania Peaberry is one of our most popular offerings. This coffee has a smooth and buttery body with a very pleasant and appealing sweet acidity. This coffee has characteristics of lemongrass and plum with a sweet caramel finish. We like to roast this coffee Medium Light to Medium. However, feel free to take this coffee a little past medium and you still will have a very good coffee with a little more prevalence of cocoa.

Loved the peaberry beans. They were so flavorful and tasty when roasted and brewed
The pea berries are more dense and required more roasting time. At the city/city+ I got notes of cherry, peanut, and amaretto.
Of the 25 varieties of coffee beans I have roasted, Tanzania Peaberry is by far my favorite.
