Sumatra Dark Roast
Our Sumatra Coffee is bold in flavor and mouth-feel but low in acidity (easy on the stomach). We find this coffee to be on the earthy side with a syrupy flavor and a unique spicy aroma.

Preparation
Grind your coffee as close to brewing as possible. Match the grind of coffee to your brewing method. We recommend using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for 6 ounces of water. Adjust the amount of water or coffee to achieve your desired strength.

My oldest prefers dark roast but has problems with the acidity in coffee so this is a great option for her. I usually purhase a few for her for Christmas and ship to her in Northern NH. They love it.
After trying the Tanzanian Peaberry and the Coast Rica Terrazzo I wanted to go to a dark roast which is what my wife and I have always loved. The dark, oily beans smell amazing in the grinder and are just as good on the palate. Another winner!
