Rest Assured features a well-known Traditional Chinese Medicine formula called Suan Zao Ren Tang. Composed of five herbs, Suan Zao Ren Tang contains Jujube seed extract, Poria mushroom extract, Sichuan Lovage root extract, Anemarrhena root extract, and Licorice root extract. Suan Zao Ren Tang is a clinically-studied treatment method that has been widely used to treat insomnia and anxiety disorders for thousands of years. Concentrated within our proprietary Sleep Rxtract™ granules, the herbal formula dissolves into water and is complemented by aromatic herbs that infuse to create a delicious, crave-able cup of tea to enjoy every night before sleep.

HOW TO USE:
1. Pour 10 oz. boiling water.
2. Steep for 4 minutes, then stir to activate Rxtracts.
3. Remove infuser and enjoy.

The mushrooms must first be extracted so the body can actually benefit from them. That alone required a lot of development.
