Our Ethiopian coffee is a regional blend of high grade Ethiopian coffee beans. What makes this coffee truly shine is the winey and sweet flavor that is characteristic in coffees from Ethiopia. This coffee is roasted to light / medium roast. It has a smooth body and bright sweet acidity.

Preparation
Grind your coffee as close to brewing as possible. Match the grind of coffee to your brewing method. We recommend using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for 6 ounces of water. Adjust the amount of water or coffee to achieve your desired strength.

This coffee is lighter than I usually prefer, but wanted to try something different and found it to be quite flavorful. Good as Gold always gets it right.
I love the Ethiopian. I used to order Yirgacheffe from Red Barn for 10 years, but their quality has gone down. This reminds me of what Red Barn tasted like 10 years ago. It has nice body, full flavor, and makes for a very enjoyable cup of coffee.
