Created as part of 1883 Maison Routin’s French Pâtisserie collection, Crème Brûlée syrup captures the indulgence of the iconic French dessert with creamy custard and vanilla notes, followed by a caramelized sugar finish. It is made from carefully selected ingredients including natural cane sugar and pure Alpine water.

The creamy sweetness of vanilla, twisted with fresh lime and exotic pineapple over a cold brew base.

Ingredients

  • 30ml – 1 oz 1883 French Pâtisserie Crème Brûlée Syrup
  • 1 lime
  • 50ml – 1⅔ oz pineapple juice
  • 100ml – 3⅓ oz cold brew
  • Meringue from a siphon

Preparation

Shake the lime juice, syrup, pineapple juice and cold brew with ice. Strain into a glass, top with siphon meringue and lightly torch the surface.
