Costa Rica Tarrazú
A wonderfully bright cup of coffee with a delightful honey sweetness and a smooth, rich, dark chocolate finish.
Preparation
Grind your coffee as close to brewing as possible. Match the grind of coffee to your brewing method. We recommend using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for 6 ounces of water. Adjust the amount of water or coffee to achieve your desired strength.
Certifications
I use the beans on my Yeti French press hand grounded med coarse (about the size of a grain of Morton’s kosher salt) and after gently stearin, I steep for 6 minutes. The end result is a mild flavor of dark notes with a sweet finish. It is not floral or bitter if you have the proper balance of water to beans.

I bought the Costa Rican Tarrazu whole bean coffee and it is AWESOME! I had been purchasing a local brand by the pound which was much more expensive. Even the 2 pound bag is a better value for the price! Buy in bulk if you can! This is a staple you must have for optimal coffee breaks!
