These Colombian coffee beans are grown in the Santa María region of Colombia, the Fundación Indígena Seynekun is nestled in mountains and surrounded by nationally protected forests. Since its formation in 2006, the foundation has evolved to now include membership for all coffee growers — indigenous or not — and changed its objectives to incorporate the promotion of coffee growing as a method of empowerment and commercial justice.
Given the Caribbean Sea’s soft breeze, the soil conditions, the weather, and the altitude at which the coffee is grown, the cup takes on a light nutty taste and a great character. Furthermore, the coffee is beneficial to consumer health since it does not require agrochemicals.d to enter.

Very smooth, tastes great with a dark roast.
Unless you own a coffee roaster, I don’t suggest you don’t buy the coffee. It sounded like I was grinding rocks in my coffee grinder. Needless to say they didn’t grind. I thought I was going to mess up my coffee grinder 🥴🥴
Very good company to deal with, genuinely interested in customer satisfaction.
Roasted to medium and love it!
This is the first time I’ve roasted this coffee and I must say it’s really tasty. I normally favor a somewhat darker roast like a Full City - Full City +. On the first roast I took it to a City + based on reading other reviews. A very tasteful cup, rich and flavorful. On the second roast I wanted to see how well it took a Vienna roast, out off curiosity. I have to say that I have been pleasantly rewarded. So far I’d have to say this coffee is fairly versatile and should please those that like South American coffees.
