Sumatra Dark Roast: Our Sumatra Coffee is bold in flavor and mouth-feel but low in acidity (easy on the stomach). We find this coffee to be on the earthy side with a syrupy flavor and a unique spicy aroma.
Vienna Roast Blend: A blend of high grown 100% Arabica coffees roasted to a medium/dark roast. This coffee has a strong and bold taste, yet it keeps a very nice smooth finish. This coffee is a very popular blend, it's perfect for people that enjoy a bold coffee but do not like the smokey hints of bitter dark chocolate that one would find in a true dark roast. This is a great after dinner coffee!
Dark Roast Blend: This is a balanced blend that has dark chocolate, rich, with a hint of molasses on the palate.
Grind your coffee as close to brewing as possible. Match the grind of coffee to your brewing method. We recommend using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for 6 ounces of water. Adjust the amount of water or coffee to achieve your desired strength.
