Our Fair Trade / Organically grown Colombian coffee is rich with good body, and a pronounced nutty aroma. The coffee is balanced with medium body and lower in acidity.
Preparation
Grind your coffee as close to brewing as possible. Match the grind of coffee to your brewing method. We recommend using 2 tablespoons of ground coffee for 6 ounces of water. Adjust the amount of water or coffee to achieve your desired strength.
This is maybe my favorite coffee, Berry mouth filling with chocolatey overtones, and the long sweet finish

Always a Staple
Columbian, always a good choice and no differnt here. Also great as a Decaf. Seeing they do not have a great choice of decaffeinated coffees, I always choose the Colombian as my decaf
