Can I try your coffee before I go with the service?

YES

We would like you to try our coffee.  We encourage you to take advantage of our free trial without any obligation.

 

Do we pay for the coffee brewer?

NO

Good As Gold will provide you a commercial coffee maker at no charge as long as you use our coffees and meet a minimum usage requirement. 

 

Do we have to pay for service on the equipment?

NO

We respond immediately for all service issues.  In most cases, we will exchange out your brewer with another, if not, we will service it on-site.  We employ our own service technicians to better serve you. 

 

Are there any hidden costs?

NO

You only pay for what you order. All products are printed clearly as line items on your invoice.  We can also send you a monthly statement for you to review.

 

Do you require a contract?

NO

We believe that we should earn your business everyday by providing you with excellent products and service.  You should be leery of any coffee service provider that requires you to sign a contract.

 

Do you carry commercial insurance?

YES

We have a commercial policy which is renewed annually.  We are happy to provide you with a certificate of insurance for your records.  You should never do business with a coffee service that can’t provide you with an in-force certificate of insurance.


How do we order supplies?

A customer service rep will be assigned to your account.  He or she will call you on a regular schedule and take your order.  You also can call, fax, email, order online, or have your driver take inventory to process your order.  All orders are computer generated and itemized for easy verification.


How do we get delivery?

We deliver in our own trucks.  However, we will utilize UPS, and USPS in individual circumstances.


How do we pay?

You can pay by check, credit card, online payment, ACH, cash or coin.  Your prompt payment is always appreciated!


Do I have to switch coffee services to get a different machine or coffee selection?

NO

There is no need to change coffee services if you or your business wants to try a different coffee or coffee brewing system.  Chances are we can accommodate you.  Just let us know what you are looking for, and we will do our best to provide it for you.
