This is a naturally decaffeinated coffee. The C02 process removes 99% of the Caffeine but leaves the taste of the coffee. Our decaf Colombian, much like our high test Colombians produce a very rich and smooth coffee with great aroma, balanced acidity and good body. Colombian coffee has long been recognized as being of high quality. All of our Colombians are European Prep which have far less defects then Aps (American Process) and produce a much cleaner, more refined brew.
